Charlie Parkins and Henderson Ellis work at the Milligan Country Peach Pit, where they grow and sell peaches. We see their close friendship as they prepare for a weekend of carousing with their respective girlfriends.
McCluskey Counts Each Peach, a short play, benefited from a reading July 6, 2011 at the PVHS Fine Arts Center in Pinson, Alabama. It was directed by R. Daniel Walker, with stage directions read by Ray Cole. The cast was as follows:
